Always on the go, Sandesh Bilgi balances his time between coaching and playing hockey, captivating audiences through his motivational speaking, working as a business consultant, and settling into his new role with Century 21 Affiliated. Quite a feat, considering that Bilgi, a successful top-producing agent, managing broker, chief operating officer and current president of Chicago operations for Century 21 Affiliated, has been in the business for less than 10 years.

A full-time coach on and off the rink, Bilgi, originally from Canada, is no stranger to optimizing a team’s performance. He’s always striving to assist his colleagues in achieving greatness, and for Century 21, he aims to bring the most recognizable brand back to the downtown Chicago market with a combination of aggressive growth and astute management. “As we grow, we intend to maintain the qualities that got us into this business and, most importantly, have fun while doing it,” he says.
