Rosemary West, of RE/MAX Professionals Select in Naperville, is an inspiration as a seasoned veteran with 30- plus years in the industry. West’s sales exceed $500 million and she received the highest achievable award, the Circle of Legends award, from RE/MAX International in 2007. Her passion for real estate is evident, and she has numerous designations and certifications specializing in corporate relocation, the luxury home market, and as a residential specialist. With success measured in awards, sales and certifications, it’s no surprise that she has been a motivational speaker since 1990; West has spoken at various events, conventions, leadership conferences and midyear meetings for NAR, RE/MAX International, RIS Media, CRS and more.

In addition to her speaking success, she has a published feature in a best-selling book, “Leveraging Your Links” by Allan Dalton. “I have a passion for design, both interior and architectural,” West says. “It’s been very helpful in my real estate career over the years in marketing new construction subdivisions, developing floor plans, and staging.” She is constantly working toward protecting the best interests of her clients, which includes saving them from foreclosure, thanks to her CDPE and SFR designations certifying her as an expert in distressed properties and foreclosures.
