Realtor | Lynn Madison Seminars
Lynn Madison is leaving her mark all across the nation. Licensed to teach continuing real estate education in over 40 states, Madison does full-time training and has taught in 30 of those states, including Hawaii, and plans to add the others to her list, such as Alaska. She is a frequent speaker at the National Association of Realtors National Convention. Madison also serves on the board of directors of the Mainstreet Association of Realtors and attends every national and state meeting to stay current and keep her courses relevant.
Madison says she loves absolutely everything about her career. “The research to write the courses, developing them and the writing itself is all fun, but mostly it’s the ability to spend time with great people and helping them achieve their goals – that’s the best,” she says. Madison authored the new Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) certification for NAR, as well as co- authored the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR) certification. She is currently writing the new Distressed Properties Negotiating course and updating the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) course while also delivering the Illinois license transition courses.
Madison, winner of the 2011 Realtor of the Year award from the Illinois Association of Realtors, first ventured into real estate wanting only a part-time job. She quickly realized that wasn’t possible. “This isn’t a profession you can do part time – at least not the way I do it,” she said.
