About You — Terry Wilkowski

What makes you different than any other managing broker? I would probably say my sense of humor. While I take my profession very seriously, I am careful not to take it too seriously. Humor can really help people gain perspective.

What was your history before being a managing broker? This is the only profession I have ever known. I entered the real estate industry right out of college at the age of 22.

What is your favorite part about being a managing broker? Helping agents develop their own personal book of business is very rewarding. That sense of accomplishment is multiplied when you have a group of agents achieve success that they had not previously seen.

Why do you love real estate? This is a business that truly rewards effort. You get out of it what you put into it. Be your own boss, set your own limits.
