Does your office have any specialties? We take pride in our involvement with the communities we serve. Our annual Shred Day Recycling event is tremendously popular and we are a proud sponsor of the Paint Edgebrook Pink 5k Walk/Run. We are in the Edgebrook Fourth of July Parade, hold a Halloween coloring contest and are getting ready for our Pictures with Santa day this month.
How are you approaching the challenges of the current market? By diversifying into different areas, property types, rentals, REOs, commercial sales and leasing, etc.
Do you hold regular meetings? Yes, twice a month. Attendance is strongly encouraged, but not mandatory.
What kind of training do you provide? We offer training on a variety of levels. There is the corporate level with our ACE training program. We offer in-office training on marketing and technology topics with Diane Glass, our in-house trainer, and one–on-one training with our city regional mentor/coach. I also offer individual training on a variety of topics.

What makes you different than any other managing broker? I offer a hands-on approach with an open door and non-compete policy. I encourage agents to get me involved in their transactions.
What was your history before being a managing broker? I was a top listing sales agent and a perennial top producer with a large independent firm.
What do you like most about the neighborhood where you work? It has a great centralized location that allows us to serve the entire Northwest side of the city and the adjoining suburbs.
What is your favorite part about being a managing broker? I enjoy using my 32 years of experience to help my agents overcome the challenges of today’s market-place and in our overall industry.
