What kind of marketing assistance do you provide? Koenig & Strey has just completed a reintroduction of the brand to the market and everything is now in place. Exceptional listing presentation materials, an industry-leading website and a new brand identity are key components of a comprehensive marketing program that we provide for each of our listings.
What kind of training do you provide? Working with the Koenig & Strey agent development team, we offer hands-on training sessions in the office each week, training videos and an agent blog to ensure that agents are using all tools to their highest capacity. We provide coaching, mentoring and advanced agent development programs with an emphasis on real-world experience for the industry fundamentals as well as the evolving business. We also have in-office training on current topics and new issues.
About You — Nancy Nagy
What makes you different than any other managing broker? I was vice president of two privately held mortgage companies and president of Windsor Mortgage. I was also responsible for investor relations and government affairs for a Fortune 100 company.
What do you like most about the neighborhood where you work? The Gold Coast is an incredibly vibrant area filled with beautiful architecture and history. Located on one of the most famous streets in the world, on the 17th floor of the Bloomingdales Building at 900 N. Michigan Ave., our Gold Coast office features spectacular furnishings, superior marketing resources, comprehensive training, extensive technology and a supportive administrative team.
What is your favorite part about being a managing broker? It’s very rewarding to help agents understand the business and how to bring together all of the resources available to offer the best service to the client.
