Tony Ameti serves as Neighborhood Loans’ chief financial officer. Ameti and his partner, Reno Manuele, purchased Neighborhood Loans in 2009. Ameti has provided a true sense of leadership throughout the years. His industry expertise coupled with his keen ability to translate market expansion strategies into an aggressive yet feasible fiscal plan is evident in the immense success Neighborhood Loans has experienced since its inception.
Neighborhood Loans works with a wide array of clients including: first-time home buyers, property investors, second home purchasers, commercial and rehab loan investors and new construction buyers. “Our clients return to us because they are confident in Neighborhood Loans’ customer-service-based business model,” Ameti said. “It’s supported by an internal staff equipped with a diverse product portfolio to offer customers the best low-fee, low-rate home purchasing and refinancing options.”
Neighborhood Loans experienced tremendous growth and expansion due to Ameti’s transparent and ethical leadership abilities. He was recently ranked as one of the Top 40 Mortgage Professionals by the National Mortgage Professional magazine. This past year, Neighborhood Loans was named third overall for Crain’s Chicago Business Best Places to Work in 2017 and seventh overall for Crain’s Chicago Business Best Places to Work in 2017 for Minorities. In addition, Neighborhood Loans was ranked No. 10 in the Crain’s Fast 50 in 2017 for exponential growth over the past five years.
Tony Ameti oversees Neighborhood Loans’ financial operations, including but not limited to: timely financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, financial forecasting, budgeting, banking and warehouse lines, funding/sale of mortgage notes, insurance, risk, internal audit, tax and treasury. Throughout the years, Ameti has become part of the following organizations: the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, the Chicago Association of Realtors and Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Against Homelessness.
With Ameti’s leadership and fiscal expertise, Neighborhood Loans has enabled numerous loan officers and Realtors to realize their full potential.
