The Rubenstein Fox Team says real estate is in their DNA. Marlene Rubenstein and her daughter, Dena Fox, have had three generations in the real estate business.

With Rubenstein’s experience in sales, public relations and marketing, and Fox’s investment banking, finance and analytics background, the two balance each other’s skill sets to provide a well-rounded business approach that resonates with a broad audience. From working with renters to first-time buyers to iconic luxury homes, Marlene and Dena’s expertise is expansive.

Unique to this duo is their collaboration in bridging the gap between two complementary markets: Fox manages their city business while Rubenstein’s focus is on the northern suburbs. “By covering the city and suburbs, we are able to build long-standing relationships with our clients and serve all their needs at every stage of life,” Fox says.

This year, Realtors Amanda Ptito, Rich Arenibar and Laura Kerstein joined the Rubenstein Fox Team. Like Rubenstein and Fox, Ptito grew up around real estate, but in France. She moved to Chicago to pursue a law degree at Northern Illinois University. Then Ptito decided to shift her career and focus on her passion – real estate.

Arenibar was born and raised in the Old Irving Park neighborhood, and currently lives in the up and coming Humboldt Park area. His experience includes investment properties & rentals, as well as single family homes.

Kerstein, a longtime resident of Chicago’s North Shore, also shares a passion for Chicago and real estate. She is an accredited member of the Illinois Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors. She is also an Illinois Licensed Broker Associate and a member of MRED and MLS Listing Service.

Fostering relationships is the cornerstone of the Rubenstein Fox Team, which was voted the No. 1 team in Chicagoland this year by Chicago Agent magazine. “We genuinely love this business and treasure the relationships we have developed,” Fox says. Whether by collaborating with colleagues or bringing in their team of expert agents, vendors and lenders, the Rubenstein Fox Team emphasize the importance of utilizing all available tools to ensure their clients are in the best of hands.
