Nicole Flores’ number one goal is simple: to replace stress with smiles for each of her clients. “I know that buying and selling a home is one of the biggest moments in a person’s life,” she says. “Why can’t I make sure it’s a positive one?”

Before starting in real estate, Flores’ own homebuying experience lit the way for her customer-first mentality: “I knew I could do so much better if I thought in terms of exceeding expectations.”
Going the extra mile is a tenet of Flores’ business, whether it is for a $25,000 or $4 million listing — both of which broke records in her office for lowest and highest sales. As a lifelong Chicagoland resident, Flores goes the distance by maintaining the most up-to-date market knowledge in Edgebrook, Sauganash, Wildwood, Edison Park, Norwood Park, Jefferson Park, Skokie, Lincolnwood and Park Ridge. Wherever the business is, Flores will go.
Giving back and connecting with her community on a deeper level is another way Flores uses her business to have a positive influence. With the help of her children, past clients and the Edgebrook Elementary School, Flores coordinated a coat drive resulting in thousands of coats for the New Hope Food Pantry. She is also an active supporter of Henry Schueler 41 & 9 Foundation, and a proud sponsor and volunteer with the Danny Did Foundation. Flores was recently honored with the Danny Did Community Partnership Award.
Flores’ commitment to her clients’ experiences has resulted in a number of accolades, including being named as a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors, ranking among the top 1 percent of agents companywide at Baird & Warner for five consecutive years and being listed in the company’s Founders Club. In addition to being named the Top Producer out of the Edgebrook office in 2016 with over $75 million in career sales, Flores is a proud recipient of the Edgebrook Office Team Spirit Award.
