Our Passion.” As the principal agent for The Alice Chin Team within Keller Williams Realty Infinity, Chin is a leader in both the field and in the office, mentoring and guiding her team and her clients.

“Our mission is to provide the perfect real estate experience for each and every one of our clients,” she says.  “We work cohesively as a team and are very responsive throughout the entire process.”

Before entering the real estate industry, Chin was a middle-market banking analyst for J.P. Morgan Chase. But after two years, she knew that she would be happier working with clients directly. “I wanted a career where I could combine my interest in numbers with socializing with customers,” says Chin. She has now been in the real estate industry for 12 years and primarily works with sellers in the Naperville market, helping to list and market their properties.

Chin has come a long way since being named Rookie of the Year by Coldwell Banker Naperville in 2005, her first year in real estate. During her 11 years with Coldwell Banker, she was consistently recognized for being one of the top producers in the nation. From 2009 to 2016, she has earned a spot in the President’s Club for ranking within the top 1 percent of the entire company’s agents every year, and for the last three years her team has had the No. 1 market share in total production volume in Naperville.

As a resident of Naperville since 1991, Chin brings a local’s knowledge to the job and is determined to make her clients’ properties outshine the rest of the market.
