ParkVue Realty Corporation

ParkVue Realty Corporation’s team has more than 50 years’ combined experience. Their expertise has placed them among the Chicago Association of Realtors’ top 1 percent of producers, and earned them multiple platinum awards for units sold annually. The group also donates hundreds of community service hours each year and plans to volunteer 300 hours in 2016.

Anthony Disano launched ParkVue after years of renovating and selling homes in the Chicago area, developing a specialty in distressed real estate. Disano earned his degree in entertainment and business management at Columbia College, and puts his skills in marketing, sales, and asset management services to work for his clients. “My main goals are maximizing my sellers’ financial return and leading a team of brokers to find buyers the best property,” he says. Disano has helped ParkVue sell nearly 500 properties in 2015. He is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Real Estate Owned Managers Association, and National Association of REO Brokers. Disano says his family motivates him to promote homeownership, build wealth for investors, improve communities, and help people grow. “Our team knows we have an opportunity to help make life better for the people we serve,” he says.

Senior broker and COO William Volpe agrees that ParkVue changes lives. “The strategies we create foster high-quality, sustainable development in Chicagoland communities, significantly improve property conditions, and, more importantly, enhance life for the people who live there,” he says. His expertise in real estate portfolio management, valuation, property management, renovation, and construction services has roots in his undergraduate studies in environmental design and his graduate degree in urban planning and policy. Earlier experiences as a land planning consultant, loan officer, and asset manager taught him the fundamentals of successful real estate deal making. Volpe is inspired by his wife and children.

Those drawn to mid-century modern homes seek Megan O’Sullivan’s expertise in architecture and design. “My husband and I searched for a mid-century modern home for eight months because we wanted something architecturally significant, but we realized it was a tall order, especially in our price range,” she recalls. They finally found the ideal property and invested in extensive renovations. “I knew if the process of finding and renovating a mid-century modern home had been difficult for me, than others were probably experiencing similar challenges. I now have my license and also help my clients by designing and managing their renovations.” O’Sullivan has a graduate degree from Northwestern University in integrated marketing communications, and spent a decade in marketing and communications prior to her real estate career.

Philip DeFrancesco, a 16-year real estate industry veteran, serves buyers and sellers with the help of the Dapper Crown Team. Philip loves working one-on-one with first-time buyers, and for his sellers, offering attractively low listing commissions. Philip’s clients view him as an experienced industry professional who is informative, personable, and aggressive when needed. His path to the profession started during college when he visited a River North condo conversion project as a possible investor. Encouraged by the sales manager of the project, he went on to purchase his first investment property and get his Realtor’s license. Philip is inspired by his family, especially his son Sabino. “I love what I do,” he says. “I love putting smiles on my buyers’ and sellers’ faces, and I plan to be part of this industry for the rest of my life.”
