Over the course of his 12-year career as a top-producing loan originator, mortgage expert Fritz Julien has earned many awards, including Chase’s National Achiever honor, which he has received five times. He is a problem solver and someone who measures success by the work he does for his clients. Those clients look to him to devise creative lending solutions for their unique situations. Part of Julien’s job is to leverage his relationships with his company’s investment executives and colleagues to provide his clients with the full support they need. “I pride myself on being the best consultant in the residential lending market space, so I aim to exceed expectations and motivate my partners and clients to sustain our relationship over the long-term,” he says. He emphasizes the importance of keeping up with industry changes and regulations to provide the most up-do-date services for his clients.

A graduate of New York City’s St. John’s University, Julien’s strengths are his abilities to effectively communicate and actively listen. “Realtors appreciate that I maintain ongoing communication with them throughout every step of the loan process,” he says. “They value my team approach, because it lets them know we’re truly working together to achieve the goal of homeownership for our mutual client.” In addition to his ability to connect with them both verbally and in writing, Fritz is proactive and highly detail-oriented, traits Realtors and clients alike appreciate.

Fritz shares his knowledge with community members through workshops, where he helps attendees understand key steps to homeownership, such as the buying process and building credit. A member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Dearborn Realtist Board, and Asian Real Estate Association of America, he also recently helped Rush Hospital raise $15 million for children’s research by volunteering for a charity event its research board hosted. He is grateful for his family’s support and love, which he says motivates him every day to make a difference in people’s lives. “My dedication to become the best I can be lets me accept new challenges that lead to opportunity. That is how I approach my work with the people who place their real estate hopes in my ability to ensure their dreams become reality.”
