Although immigrants to the U.S. with little money and no English speaking skills, Peter Chrysanthou’s parents recognized that an investment in real estate would help secure their financial wellbeing. They instilled a passion for the industry within their son, who launched Prime Real Estate at age 24 in a rented out library room, and was the Chicago Association of Realtors’ youngest top producer for sales and volume in his first year. Chrysanthou possesses a strong acumen for property valuation, which helps ensure his clients the greatest return on their investment possible. “I’ve consistently been able to net investors double digit returns with hold times as little as 90 days.”

Chrysanthou characterizes his style as “fun and informative,” an approach that comes naturally thanks to his passion for his work. With over 100 transactions expected this year, Chrysanthou is well on his way to attaining his goal to head a $100 million real estate team, and ultimately take his business to scale in major markets beyond Chicago. Already recognized as a Certified Negotiation Expert, Accredited Distressed Property Representative and Accredited Buyer’s Representative, he remains committed to strengthening his skills through continuing education. “I attend any and all real estate certification courses to expand my knowledge because I embrace the idea that education never ends, so I try to better myself each day,” he says. Chrysanthou promotes this ideal among his Prime team as well. “We’re looking to expand our team of superstar brokers and we offer first class training, technology, and lead generation to develop broker talent so that all of our team members can become top producing agents in Chicago.”
