The Apostal Group at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage;
Nicholas Apostal has always had clients’ best interests at heart, and aims to be their complete real estate resource. Perhaps that’s why, in addition to being at the helm of The Apostal Group, a top-producing team at Coldwell Banker for 12 years, he recently launched a new venture, Owl Management. This two-year-old company is an affordable resource for investors, landlords, tenants and real estate brokers. It manages anything from small studio apartments to large condo associations, and is built upon two main themes: rapid response to information requests and repairs, and intimate broker relationships. With his Owl Management partner, Lauren Hundman, the company already has more than 300 units under management, just based on word of mouth.
“Our goal is to grow to become among the most well-recognized and respected property management companies in the city,” he says. “We want to stay innovative in the industry and establish new systems, technologies and operation methods to make our level of service second to none.”
Apostal says he’s received excellent training at Coldwell Banker, and even more encouragement from the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR). He aims to continue to grow his team at Coldwell Banker and continue to deliver the utmost professionalism and exceptional customer service.
In addition, he is most proud that he started the Young Professional Network chapter for CAR with an enthusiastic group of dynamic, forward-thinking brokers. “I’m very excited that the YPN in Chicago is committed to elevating the standards of practice in our industry,” he says. “Our continued involvement in making the city of Chicago and the local real estate industry a better place, no matter what directions they go, is very important to me.”
