President/Founder
Gearbox Consulting

As real estate tech became an essential ingredient to the success of any agent, real estate innovator Matt Dollinger was there to lead the way. He has been influential in creating the early technology paths of many of the leading companies, including Prudential Preferred (now Prudential Rubloff) and @properties, both of which continue to thrive thanks to his foresight and dynamic leadership. He has also worked with agents, supported brokers, managed tech projects and overseen the industry team at Trulia.com. His understanding of how to utilize technology to improve efficiency and experiences for both agents and their clients makes him one of the most sought-after consultants in his field.

The experience he brings to the table is unique, and he believes this allows him to draw on a wealth of firsthand experience.

“I am able to look at the challenges clients are facing in terms of the ‘big picture,’ and advise them on long-term strategies for success,” he says. “By bringing my experience together with a really deep knowledge of tools, systems and technology, I believe I bring something truly unique to the table for my clients.”

As the president of his new company, Gearbox Consulting, Dollinger has clients across the U.S. that he helps with the integration of new technologies for process management. He is also working closely with Keeping Current Matters, an audio/visual report to help agents keep pace with today’s real estate market, and will soon launch a new educational series entitled “Becoming a Real Estate Challenger” that educates agents on using market data to become leaders in the industry.

He is most proud of the hundreds of agents he has had the privilege to work with, and loves sharing in their successes.

“Every year when I look at the CAR award winners, I see people who put their faith and energy in my coaching and ideas for their business,” he says. “It’s an honor to have been able to help these individuals overcome challenges, evolve their business and contribute to their success in some way.”
