Jon Goldman and Michael Black are two of the most distinguished and respected financial professionals in the Chicago area. Together, they have funded more than $1 billion in loans over the course of their careers.

Goldman built his own mortgage company, Millennium Financial, from the ground up, employing more than 100 people and funding several billion dollars of transactions before moving into development. As a developer, he completed more than 30 residential buildings in Chicago and Arizona. He currently sits on the board for the Sports Legacy Institute, which focuses on concussion research and education for youths in sports.

Black, who is one of the top 5 percent mortgage loan officers in the U.S., demonstrates an impressive understanding of the industry and ability to keep his clients informed. He believes this is just one of the reasons nearly all of their business comes from referrals.
