Quality service, communication and taking the time to educate the client are “must-dos” for the Chicago management team at Prospect Mortgage.

Mary Bane and her team strive to ensure that their clients understand the mortgage process, and they provide a consistent, exceptional experience for borrowers. Bane, divisional president (and the company’s first female divisional president, at that); Jeremy Rose, branch manager of Prospect Mortgage in River North; Brian Buchanan, branch manager of Prospect Mortgage in Naperville; Milton Manolis, regional renovation manager; and Joe Perry, area manager in Schaumburg, have a combined 60-plus years of experience, and therefore, are highly skilled in their profession.

Though the industry has seen hard times, Prospect Mortgage came out “fighting” – in part, Bane says, because the management team stayed positive. In addition, the company differentiated itself in a simple way: “We delivered what we promised our clients,” she says. “You’d be surprised how rare that is.”

The management team consistently strives to be better each day. They view client relationships as relationships for life, not just transactions. Prospect Mortgage is actively looking to recruit more people who share this view.

“My goal is to build Prospect Mortgage into a place people want to be a part of,” Bane says.
