Though many see the mortgage process as a daunting, intimidating endeavor, it is anything but in the hands of Brad Boden, who serves all of his clients with confidence, poise and exceptional care as an executive vice president with A and N Mortgage.

Specializing in jumbo loans and first-time homebuyers, Boden possesses a wide expertise of home financing that has made him among A and N’s top producers; and with licensing in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana and Florida, he’s amassed a clientele of equal breadth in his seven years in the industry.

“I’ve been honored to have several clients refer me to their family and friends in need of loans in their hometowns,” Boden says. “I’ve successfully facilitated some of the most complex financing scenarios while focusing heavily on luxury residential property transactions.”

But regardless of the transaction type or the size of the loan, Boden says he is always thrilled to see his clients move into their new residence.

“My favorite part of my job is watching someone get excited to move into their new home,” Boden says. “It is gratifying to know that I played such an integral role in helping them achieve their dream of homeownership.”

In addition to his mortgage business, Boden is also an active philanthropist, and he spends considerable time and effort assisting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, which nominated him as “Man of the Year” in 2011.

“We have the power to really help these kids, and I wanted to give to something that was bigger than myself,” Boden says.
