Celebrating 25 years in Chicago real estate, Bill Knapp has a lot to be proud of. He has utilized his extensive experience in sales, recruiting and management to open his own firm, Lake Shore Drive Realty, which now has offices in Chicago, Gurnee and Naperville.

The hard work he has invested is paying off. Knapp has earned high honors throughout his career, and has consistently been named one of the Chicago Association of Realtor’s top agents, achieving the highest levels of residential awards placing him in the top 1 percent of all Realtors. The Wall Street Journal recently named him as one of the top 100 producing real estate brokers in the United States.

Knapp credits his success to careful brand positioning and tireless work ethic. He is passionate about building a family-owned and operated brokerage firm with the help of his wife, Marcy. Together they make a powerful team, strategically marketing their clients’ properties to achieve the maximum desired results.

“I have been with large and small and both independently owned and franchised operations,” Knapp says. “I have seen a lot of changes in the industry over the years, however, the paradigm has never shifted away from providing the highest levels of service and delivering sustainable value to the client. The best will always rise to the top.”

Knapp is a native Chicagoan and nearly life-long resident of the North Shore. When not meeting with clients or assisting his agents, he enjoys competing in triathlon and marathon events.

“I love Chicago and I enjoy selling real estate almost as much as I love swimming, biking and running along Lake Shore Drive,” he says. “There is nothing else I would rather be doing!”
