Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago has promoted Luke Mutter to the position of assistant managing broker.
Mutter currently serves as a director of the North-Shore Barrington Board of Realtors (NSBAR) and was named a 2018 Rising Star by Berkshire Hathaway HomesServices and 2018 Rookie of the Year by the North-Shore Barrington Board of Realtors (NSBAR).

Mutter began his career in management consulting, but changed careers to build a successful real estate career in a few years. Having moved 15 times in 25 years, Mutter understands the needs of relocating families. Mutter does everything in-house with his lending, title and home insurance team.

Orlowski will be based in Chicago and focus on supporting the growth of select Guaranteed Rate office branches in the Chicago area.
Hults will oversee accounting over the company’s Lakeview, Lincoln Park and O’Hare offices and will work with Keller Williams ONEChicago’s Agent Services and Productivity departments, as well as the company’s client experience coordinators.
Genyk, who is a founding member of @properties, was the top sales agent in the River North area in 2020.
