Chicago Agent magazine’s Real Data report is one of our most hotly anticipated features of the year, and the 2015 report – which appeared on Chicago Agent’s website at the end of January – provided considerable insight into Chicagoland’s 2015 market. Some of the report’s chief findings included:
- Jeffrey Lowe of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff was Chicagoland’s No. 1 agent, with 244 transactions and a total sales volume of $251.77 million.
- Among offices, the @properties location at 1875 N. Damen in Chicago came out on top, with 2,393 transactions and $1.05 billion in total sales volume.
- Chicagoland’s top 20 agents sold a combined $2.161 billion in 2015, up 4.27 percent from 2014. Meanwhile, Chicagoland’s top 20 offices sold nearly $12.25 billion, a 3 percent increase over 2014.
