Peter Breitlander and John Federici, the founders of KRAIN Real Estate, have a combined 25 years of experience in the industry and are consistently identified as proven leaders in the industry. Breitlander brings his extensive experience in luxury sales and real estate investment to help investors identify properties in Chicago and in international markets. Federici brings his wealth of experience in financing and the analysis of current and future market conditions to help clients realize their full potential in real estate profits and returns.
