About Mont
Mont has a vast array of real estate experience over his 14-year professional and long personal career in the industry. He has represented clients both commercially and residentially; built and sold single family homes; invested and built out commercial properties; and invested in several income producing properties that he has managed successfully through the past depressionary economic cycle.
He currently focuses primarily on the Western Suburban area single family home and land markets including Clarendon Hills where his family has lived for 19 years. In addition, he focuses his energies on the South Loop Michigan Avenue luxury condominium market where he has acquired and currently manages a significant residential unit portfolio.
In representing every client purchasing real estate as if it were for himself, he has the uncanny ability to discover value while fulfilling the domestic needs and desires of the client. After a 22 year successful career as a CBOE sole-proprietor floor trader, his innate ability to assess, determine and discover value became a natural talent he possesses in real estate.
