What were the highest listing prices in Chicago’s various counties from 2011 to right now? And what did they ultimately sell for? So far this year, according to Midwest Real Estate Data, the highest priced listings in each county have sold for the highest percentage of the listing price. Last year, Lake County had the highest sales price that was closest to the list price, and before that, Will and Kane counties had those accolades.
