About You

What makes you different than any other managing broker? I started my real estate career selling in the most difficult market in the city of Chicago. I understand the complexities of today’s market first hand and can give solid and sound advice to my sales associates that they can use with confidence.

What was your history before being a managing broker? I was a part-time sales associate, then a full-time sales associate, co-manager, then broker. I was top producer in my office and won numerous local, regional and national sales awards.

What kind of training do you have? I’ve been trained in all facets of residential real estate, from foreclosures to luxury. I am a certified negotiator and business coach.

What do you like most about the neighborhood where you work? Hyde Park is a diverse community with a rich history.

What is your favorite part about being a managing broker? I get so much joy from seeing an agent get his first listing, sale or closing check, and also seeing the look on an agent’s face when he/she has overcome a major obstacle in a transaction and is now scheduled to close.

Why do you love real estate? I love real estate because it is simple, yet complex; procedural, yet flexible. It is truly the backbone of the economy and the country. I love being a part of that!
