Callie Simon is a sales manager for Compass’ Lincoln Park office. She started her career at Compass five years ago as one of the first employees for the Midwest market, launching the Chicagoland region and welcoming the first-round agents to the company. Before that, Simon held various roles in operations, growth and recruiting. Born and raised in New Hampshire, Simon has lived in numerous neighborhoods across Chicago since 2010, including Humboldt Park, Lakeview, Lincoln Park and West Town.
