Schaub has been with Rate for the last 16 years, generating almost $1 billion in sales during that time. In 2019, he ranked in the top 1% of all loan officers nationwide, according to the Scotsman Guide, coming in among the top 10 for Illinois.

Outside of work, Schaub is driven by the Givers Gain philosophy, implementing it through various philanthropic efforts in his community. He’s also a Cubs season ticket holder; the proud owner of a Cavalier King Charles spaniel, Louie; and married to his best friend, Christine.
