Sanina Ellison, CEO & Co-Owner

Re-CHRG Inc.

A true problem-solver, Sanina Ellison, CEO and Co-Owner of Re-CHRG Inc., uses her experience and energy to advocate for clients while continuing to educate herself. “My expertise spans almost 20 years and it allows me the depth of knowledge to share with my clients,” she says. Ellison takes pride in staying ahead of market trends by conducting thorough market research, analyzing data trends and leveraging technology, explaining, “I ensure that my clients receive the most up-to-date information and strategic advice to make informed real estate decisions.”

Going where her clients go, Ellison has sold property all over the state, with a focus on the Bronzeville, North Lawndale, Woodlawn and South suburbs areas. One of Ellison’s most memorable successes in multifamily property transactions involved a strategic acquisition in Bronzeville. Through meticulous market analysis and negotiation skills, Ellison secured a favorable deal that exceeded her client’s expectations. It’s successes like these that have earned Ellison a reputation for being organized, focused and insightful. Clients share that Ellison goes above and beyond to get them excellent deals.

Helping clients is at the heart of Ellison’s business. She explains, “I want to be a practitioner and help others leverage real estate to build wealth.” Ellison is president of the Dearborn Realtist Board, an African American real estate trade association that educates and connects real estate professionals while advocating for democracy in housing and Black homeownership. In 2023, Ellison received the Dearborn Realtist Board’s Diamond Key Award for her brokerage’s empowering work in Black communities. Last year she also graduated from Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses program and had an article published in Crain’s Chicago Business.

In her free time, Ellison gives back to her community through volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club of Chicago. She also runs her own charity, ReCHRG Cares, which serves the community through a variety of outreach programs.
