Sue Hall, Real Estate Broker

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate

Sue Hall’s proven 40-year track record of successful sales and happy clients has equipped her with a unique sense of confidence. The @properties Christie’s International Real Estate broker was named the No. 1 agent at Century 21 Elm for over 20 years straight and the No. 1 Century 21 agent in Illinois in 2016 and 2017. She has been a Forbes Five Star Legend for 12 years in a row. Additionally, @properties Christie’s International Real Estate awarded Hall the Elite Producer award in 2023, and she ranked in the top 1-2% of all agents in 2021-2022. Now serving the Park Ridge, Niles, Des Plaines and Chicago markets, she’s built a loyal clientele. “The most satisfying experience in the past year is working with the children and families of my longtime clients I sold homes to over 30 years ago and helping them find their dream home,” she shares.

Most of Hall’s business comes from referrals. She’s earned a reputation as a straightforward communicator who listens to her clients, diligently working to help them reach their goals. Clients appreciate Hall’s honesty and openness. She prioritizes clear communication and makes sure to sit down with each person before beginning her search to discuss their goals and help them create a property wish list, a tradition she says she looks forward to every time. Hall believes her tenacity sets her apart.

She’s deeply involved in the Park Ridge community, where she serves as vice president of the Park Ridge Fine Arts Society. She also organizes monthly community coffees where citizens gather to mingle, voice concerns and promote local businesses. Because of her efforts to organize and run biannual fundraisers, Hall was recently added to the leadership board of WINGS, an organization providing housing, education and advocacy to victims of domestic violence. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball and serves as a local Kiwanis sponsor.
