For one recent client, Latsko helped identify an attractive condo renovation opportunity in downtown Chicago. After a complex negotiation with the sellers, a total redesign and update of the space and a sophisticated marketing campaign including unique drone footage, the residence was quickly sold. The buyers were drawn to the condo’s spacious feel, high-end finishes and unique design features.
