A Midwesterner at heart, Kacia loves the energy, diversity and community of Chicago. Though she works primarily in Lincoln Park and Gold Coast, Snyder is expanding to Michigan City, Indiana, where she is the exclusive listing agent for 192 condos and townhomes in the SOLA development. She counts this as a highlight of her still-young career, along with the recent sale of an 86-unit apartment building, which she sold before it went on the public market.
Snyder collaborates with some of the best photographers, videographers and stagers in the business, ensuring a high-end professional experience for all her clients. The innovative use of tech tools such as high-quality video, virtual tours and neighborhood drone footage has contributed to her impressive listing stats. In just her first five years, she has sold over $50 million. Additionally, in 2023, her listings averaged just eight days on the market, with a mean sales price of $1,014,000. Still, she remains driven by her relationships and puts being of service to others above all else. “There’s no better feeling than helping a new family find a home they love or even helping someone buy their first condo,” she reflects.
When she’s not working, she enjoys all things fitness, including learning pickleball and walking her 15-year-old Maltese, Nala, in the park.
