Having led her team in sales in the western suburbs for nearly a decade, contributing to over $500 million in combined total sales, Duckett is now a principal agent with COMPASS Hinsdale and she is already breaking records.
In June, she listed and closed the highest single-family home sale in the history of Brookfield, Illinois. The seasoned broker points to her high standards and her unique tiered marketing approach as the main drivers of her business growth and accomplishments.
“I combine a traditional philosophy with a modern operation to deliver the best client experience and representation from contract to closing,” Duckett says. “I am at every showing, coordinating every appointment and executing every task.” She also believes in aligning with a brokerage that has a unique competitive advantage in the marketplace.
