Growing up, I wanted to be a real estate agent like my father. I always liked the idea of showcasing real estate to clients and helping people find a place to live.

Warren Buffett. This man’s very interesting. The moves he takes in life are very inspiring. I would love to learn the ways he moves and invests in real estate.

There’s always something new. Every day is different. It’s never the same. You get the chance to network with anyone at anytime. The word REAL ESTATE is very powerful and just saying that you can start a conversation with anyone.
I like to stand out, host community events. I stop by our local first responders every holiday season and bring them food, cake, pies, to thank them for taking care of the community. I send happy birthday letters, videos, pictures to my clients with a little gift to let them know I’m not just an agent. I’m more like family.
Time. Real estate is not a 9-to-5 type career but more so a 24/7 on the clock type of career. You have to remember there are a lot of agents out there. If a client calls you and you don’t pick up, there’s other agents around to answer, and you just lost a client. You always have to have your phone on and answer every call.
Sitting in the office would not get you leads. Get up and go out there pass out cards, meet with people, smile to everyone. A smile is for free and sparks a conversation.
My greatest accomplishment has to be becoming a real estate agent as I pictured growing up.
Selling Sunset or any of those real estate shows on Netflix. It definitely gives me more motivation to get up every morning and get to hustling in real estate, gives me new ideas.
Honestly, I have too many favorite meals in Chicago. I’m a big food person so it is tough to pick one. I believe every single place is unique in its own way.
My top three: No. 1 has to be Aqua. No. 2, the Wrigley Building. No. 3, Aron Center.
I was once showing a house at about 7 p.m. My client and I entered a home and were touring it. The listing agent forgot to mention that there is a alarm system in the house, and apparently the alarm went off in silence. About 10 minutes into the showing, we were in the basement when three officers showed up with weapons out, and it took us about 30 minutes to explain that we have permission to enter, but one of the officers wasn’t having it until the listing agent showed up. What a day that was.
The knowledge I have, whether it’s about real estate or life. I tend to surprise them with what i know. I come from a family who started from nothing to owning real estate, multiple businesses to being role models to some people in how to enjoy life and get the most out of it.
My favorite spot is Palestine. That’s where my grandparents come from. It’s honestly a magical place to be. starting with beautiful sunrise, amazing food, most welcoming people in the world. The hospitality is unreal there. Everyone smiles at you. Random elderly people will invite you to come by and see what they have made in food, plants, and everyday is something new. One day you could be sitting on the beach, and the next day you could be walking around the oldest city in the world, Jerusalem.
Trust the process, work hard, focus on the market, understand.
