The Midwest brokerage Coldwell Banker Realty unveiled its remodeled Hinsdale office at grand opening on Sept. 22. It’s located at 8. E. Hinsdale Ave., Hinsdale, IL 60521.

“Hinsdale has long been a destination for luxury buyers,” Coldwell Banker Realty president Ayoub Rabah said of the development. “Buyers are charmed by the area’s natural beauty, friendly community and opulent yet contemporary housing options. We felt the Coldwell Banker real estate office needed to reflect the clientele we serve.” That suburban Illinois location is now being branded as one of Coldwell Banker Realty’s two Global Luxury offices. The other Global Luxury office is in Chicago’s Gold Coast.

Prior to modernizing the Hinsdale office, Coldwell Banker Realty operated out of the Chicagoland space for more than 35 years. In fact, in 2020, that office closed more than 527 units, making Coldwell Banker Realty a sales leader for Hinsdale village. But the building was under construction for much of that year for renovations. Those included adding new light fixtures, flooring and an upgraded kitchen area packed with premium appliances for sales associates and home buyers to enjoy.
