Crescent Heights introduces the Raffaello Hotel Condominiums, a new condominium conversion in the heart of Chicago’s historic Gold Coast, just steps off Michigan Avenue.
Located at 201 E. Delaware, the Raphael Hotel is an historic turn-of-the-century, 18-story building. A concierge will be available to assist with dinner reservations; tickets for shows and concerts; arranging transportation to and from the hotel and for special shopping requests. These services are available to both unit owners and guests staying at the hotel.
Crescent Heights has planned out a comprehensive renovation to each room. There are “double-double” suites with two queen beds; king suites with one king bed; one-bedroom suites with a king bed and sofa sleeper and one-bedroom grand suites with a king bed and sofa sleeper. Combination opportunities are also possible to make an extra luxurious suite out of two or more units.
