RE/MAX Premier appointed Chicagoland industry veteran Beth Allen-Tiernan as executive vice president of growth development.
She will be based in the firm’s newly opened Lake Forest office and will work with Chairman and CEO Janice Corley on mergers, acquisitions and business development as the company continues to expand across Chicagoland.
Allen-Tiernan’s addition follows Premier’s acquisition of five Compass locations in the North Shore and the hiring of Darlene Little as senior vice president and designated managing broker of the brokerage’s city offices.
Allen-Tiernan has held senior positions at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, Coldwell Banker and Compass.
“Beth is an incredible addition to our executive team,” Corley said. “Her experience, insight and forward-thinking approach to growth will play a vital role in strengthening our presence as we expand throughout the suburbs and beyond. I am thrilled to welcome her to Premier.”
In her new role, Allen-Tiernan will focus on strategic growth initiatives, agent development and supporting Premier’s expanding footprint and long-term vision.
“I am excited to join RE/MAX Premier during such an important chapter for the company,” she said. “Janice and the executive team have created an exceptional culture of excellence and collaboration. I look forward to helping shape the next phase of growth while supporting the talented agents across our offices.”
