Ciara Miller has joined The Joel Schaub Team at Rate as vice president of business development.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Miller entered the mortgage industry there after graduating from the University of Mississippi. Wanting to combine her passions for both business and real estate, she joined MidStone Mortgage, becoming a loan officer in 2022.
