The Mircea Campean Group has officially joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago’s (BHHS Chicago) Michigan Avenue office.
Meanwhile, Jacqueline “Jackie” Castaneda was named assistant sales manager of the brokerage’s West Region.
Reflecting on the addition of The Mircea Campean Group, David Bracy, managing broker of the Michigan Avenue office, said he’s enjoyed getting to know the team. “The Mircea Campean Group consists of a dynamic group of talented brokers that specialize in residential and commercial sales as well as rentals in the popular North Center and Lincoln Square areas of Chicago.”
Led by Founder Mircea Campean, the team includes Maria Belova, Stanca Oltean, Corina Iancu Bogdan and Katarina Kulikova.
“After studying their business model, core values, and strategic planning, plus the footprint on the luxury market in the Chicagoland area, I decided BHHS Chicago is the best place for me and my team to further develop and expand our business,” Campean said.
At the same time, Castaneda is settling into her new role as assistant sales manager of BHHS Chicago’s West Region, based out of the firm’s Oak Park office. She will work closely with West Region office managers, John Lawrence, Tamy Bobbitt and Michele Nixon.
Castaneda launched her real estate career with the award-winning ATM Team and has been recognized as a National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Top 250 award recipient.
“I’m looking forward to helping our agents whether they are looking for additional assistance with the tools BHHS Chicago offers, business planning, listing presentations, goal setting or something else … I want to help our agents succeed,” Castaneda said.
BHHS Chicago CEO Diane Glass also expressed her excitement. “A key factor in Jackie’s success as an agent has been her passion for serving clients at a very high level,” Glass said. “She will bring her experience, natural ability to connect with people and enthusiasm to coaching, training and supporting the business growth of our west suburban brokers,” Glass said.
