Alex Chaparro serves as general manager for CENTURY 21 Circle in Illinois and as a commissioner for the Human Relations Commission in the Village of Skokie. In both roles, he works to empower community by breaking down barriers and inspiring future leaders.
Chaparro is the founding chapter president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, which serves over 22,000 members, and a past president of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® (CAR). At CAR, Chaparro was the first Latino president in the organization’s 135-year history. He is dedicated to advancing opportunities for Hispanic real estate professionals while advocating for fair housing and increasing overall homeownership within the Latinx community.
His commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion extends beyond real estate, too. As the national director of diversity for CENTURY 21, Chaparro leads initiatives to promote supplier diversity and other equitable practices. He even testified before Congress on supplier diversity, and his testimony is now archived in the Library of Congress. His reach as a coach, instructor and keynote speaker stretches far beyond Chicagoland.
