Our annual Agents’ Choice Awards voting is one of the most enjoyable things we do at Chicago Agent magazine. With tens of thousands of votes cast, it’s always fun to see which impressive candidates emerge as finalists and winners in each category.
This year, we’ve also noticed some of the nominees upping their game on social media to generate interest and support. Best Dressed nominee Danny Lewis from Dream Town posted a hilarious video sarcastically touting his style influence. Managing Broker of the Year nominee Paul Blackburn, of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, did a series of entertaining videos about the voting that included 2023 Managing Broker of the Year winner Rick Sobin and Social Media Influencer of the Year nominee Will Madden of Proper Rate.
Congrats to all the nominees, finalists and winners of this year’s edition of the awards, and thank you to all who took time to vote in the contest. Find the winner bios at ChicagoAgentMagazine.com.
Also this month, we have the latest installment of Real Data, highlighting which agents and offices in every Chicagoland county had the best third quarter. Former Keller Williams Realty International CEO Chris Heller offers his advice for adjusting your real estate strategy as the market evolves. And Jeff Berger, CEO of the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals, shares some mantras that have guided him throughout his career.
As we flip the calendar to November, we’re about to hit the holiday season. It’s a time to finish the year strong, reconnect with family and maybe find a new client at a holiday get-together. Cheers, and thanks for reading!
