TC Group, a real estate team led by Tom Campone, has left Keller Williams to affiliate with The NL Ferrata Team at COMPASS. Both teams cover Chicago with a focus on the South Loop, and Campone believes the move will provide a deeper specialty in the area.

Campone himself is a long-time resident of the South Loop, as is Nadine Ferrata, leader of The NL Ferrata Team.

“I am honored to be part of the COMPASS family and to work alongside a veteran in the real estate industry like Nadine,” Campone said in a statement. “Our collective goal is to be a wealth of knowledge to our clients and provide unwavering support, and together with our deep market expertise, we plan to do just that.”

Two additional agents came along with Campone, Liz Oyarzun and Patty Sanchez, growing The NL Ferrata Team to six total members. All are now based out of the team’s downtown office on Kinzie Street.
