Risa Weiss-Kallis is moving to Kale Realty, the company recently announced.

Weiss-Kallis will serve as the new managing broker with the firm, working with more than 700 agents to help build their business, support transaction needs and provide coaching and training.

Weiss-Kallis, with 20 years of experience as a top-producing broker, previously served as vice president of agent development at Coldwell Banker Realty.
