COMPASS is expanding its presence in Wisconsin with the addition of MasterKey Collective, a three-person team consisting of Corinne Fales, Alyona Caravella and Annette Herbert.

They are the third Wisconsin team to affiliate with COMPASS recently, following Husky Homes in late November and Quinn & Co. in late September; the brokerage first expanded to the state in 2021.

Specializing in the Lake Country market, MasterKey Collective has closed over $27 million in sales during the past year and COMPASS Regional Vice President Fran Broude noted their “deep understanding” of the area in a press release.
