New, illuminated sign posts are lighting up the real estate world.
Dream Town Real Estate recently launched a solar-powered, broker-branded sign system created in collaboration with Lowen Sign Company, a national vendor. These signs highlight each individual agent’s branding, and the integrated solar panels increase nighttime visibility.
“Real estate signs often lack innovation and spark in today’s market, but this design breaks the mold,” James Mihm, the sales director of Lowen Sign Company, said in a press release.
“We understand the importance of our agents to stand out and be distinctive,” Dream Town Real Estate Founder and CEO Yuval Degani said in a press release. “That’s why we strategically relocated our company’s branding to the post, allowing the prime area of the signs to exclusively feature the agent’s branding and contact information.”
Degani further expressed his pride over integrating the unique sign design into the Chicago market. “I fully expect that these attention-grabbing, solar-powered signs will become highly sought after by clients and agents.”
Baird & Warner also rolled out a similar, solar-powered product in August. Those signs come with a light rental option which costs $30 extra per listing, the upcharge for which is covered by the agent.
