Industry veteran Jimmy Janevski has joined Real People Realty as its director of agent success. In the role, Janevski will oversee the brokerage’s resource center department which offers tech, tools and training for agents.

Janevski spent nearly a decade in leadership positions prior to joining Real People Realty. Most recently, he was a designated managing broker for Baird & Warner’s LaGrange office. Working with Tom Ferry, Janevski also became a well-known real estate coach.

“Jimmy has an incredible mind for the business and has a proven track record of success in everything he has done.” Real People Realty Chief Operating Officer Evan Johnson said in a press release. “The fit couldn’t be more perfect.”

Janevski also expressed his excitement. “A core value for Real People Realty is to provide a high level of service in our fast paced mobile society,” he said. “The company is doing some incredible things and I’m really excited to be a part of it.”
