Revolution Mortgage is opening a new location in Rosemont, managed by Larry Steinway. Steinway, an industry veteran, joins the company with more than 30 years of experience in home financing. His official title is branch production manager and senior vice president of mortgage lending.
Three specialists in business development and marketing, Samantha Kersjes, Victoria Lopez and Wendy Polisner, accompany Steinway in the move to the Rosemont branch. The team’s goal is close more than $100 million in loan volume this year.
Prior to his role at Revolution Mortgage, Steinway served as a senior mortgage banker at PHH Mortgage, a senior vice president at the Federal Savings Bank and, most recently, as a branch manager and senior vice president of mortgage lending at Guaranteed Rate. While there, Steinway hit $100 million in yearly production more than once, earning him a place in the firm’s Chairman’s Club. He was also recognized in the Scotsman Guide as one of the top loan officers in the country.
At Revolution Mortgage, Steinway looks forward to building new relationships and helping more people become homeowners. He takes pride in the fact that most of his clients are referral based and maintains a high customer service rating.
“What first piqued my interest in Revolution was the leadership team and business model,” Steinway said in a press release. “I like being able to offer my clients ‘big company support with a boutique feel,’ and I felt like Revolution aligns with that vision.” He is excited for the transition. “This move allows me to take on a new challenge and make a difference for my team, my family, all the great people at Revolution and my customers!”
