Baird & Warner broke ground on its new Naperville office on Nov. 30. Located at 1528 Aurora Ave., the 155,000-square-foot building will house up to 500 agents upon completion late next year.

The groundbreaking was celebrated with an event attended by company as well as local leadership, including Naperville Mayor Steve Chirico and CEO of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Kaylin Risvold.

“Baird and Warner is the longest-standing real estate office in Naperville, and this new location will further cement our partnerships and relationships with the thousands of businesses and residents who call this great suburb home,” Baird & Warner Owner Steve Baird said in a press release.

Baird & Warner’s current Naperville office, located at 836 W. 75th St., is managed by Bill Gill, who will also oversee the Aurora Ave. location. “This new state-of-the-art facility will provide our agents and staff with the space, technology and support structures needed to keep performing at the highest level,” Gill said.

The office is intended to serve Naperville in addition to the surrounding southwest suburbs. It will also accommodate all three types of Baird & Warner services: brokerage, mortgage and title.

“The Naperville groundbreaking is the latest in a long line of examples of Baird & Warner growing our footprint,” said Laura Ellis, Baird & Warner president of residential sales, highlighting the company’s recent expansion into Naples, Fla: its first branch outside Chicagoland.

Designed by OKW Architects, the Aurora Ave. location is now developed by RX Health & Science Trust with DeJames Builders serving as general contractor. It is expected to open for business in Dec. 2023.
