Speaking Mandarin and English, Chih-Hao Yang is a bilingual broker who works with sellers, buyers, landlords and renters. As an Illinois resident since 2003, he’s witnessed the continual expansion of the city’s residential landscape and, thus, the evolving needs of his clients. His steady insight and marketing monitoring — traits he gained from studying business and advertising —make Yang an expert in his field.

With an investment resume full of international and local clientele, Yang boasts a competitive edge that’s often unmatched in Chicago. He’s closed hundreds of deals and earns over $10 million in annual sales. For nearly a decade, he has also held the title of an EB-5 immigration investment specialist with USCIS.

Outside of work, Yang likes to travel, hang out with friends and help international students transition in the city. And through it all, he is always sharply dressed.
