The Embry, a new development listed exclusively by Compass, is over 50% pre-sold. Its two penthouses will be released soon.
Located at 21 N. May Street, the Embry sits in the heart of the West Loop. And since its groundbreaking this year, the building has generated fast interest among buyers. Compass Tim Sheahan and Mark Icuss are overseeing all sales.
Condos are available in three- and four-bedroom options, with sizes ranging from 3,400 to 3,700 square feet. Three-bedroom residences are priced starting at $2.3 million, and four-bedroom units start at $2.8 million. A recent press release also reveals new details about the Embry penthouses.
They are half-floor residences on the Embry’s 15th level, both priced at $7,995,000. Each penthouse includes secure elevator entry and 7,500 total square feet of space: 5,200 square feet on the interior and 2,300 square feet of private exterior. In addition to views of the Chicago skyline, the outdoor penthouse terrace includes areas for dining, cooking and lounging — plus a pool. And, like the rest of the Embry’s 58 residences, the interiors were planned by the local designer Kara Mann.
Completion of the Embry is projected for the spring 2023.
