Industry veteran Sandra Frampton has joined @properties Christie’s International Real Estate’s Algonquin office as its new managing broker. There, she will focus on the firm’s northwest suburban expansion and work closely with Stephanie Szigetvari, vice president of brokerage services.
Frampton has nearly two decades of real estate experience and has been with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate for eight years. Throughout her top-producing career, she’s earned various awards and was recently named on Crain’s list of Notable Residential Real Estate Brokers. Last year, she also joined the Professional Standards Committee of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®.
“I’ve always gravitated toward problem-solving and helping both agents and clients achieve their goals,” Frampton said in a press release. “This industry is challenging and rewarding, and I’m excited about the opportunity to help agents build their business and further expand my management experience.”
In the press release, Thad Wong, @properties Christie’s International Real Estate co-CEO, also emphasized the importance of local leadership, noting that Frampton has lived and worked in the northwest suburbs for years. “She has strong relationships with the agents in her office and has served as a great mentor to many of them already, making her a natural fit for this role.”
